At NAB 2016, Sony independent certified expert, storm shooter and DP, Alister Chapman gave an hour long presentation on all Sony cameras from the compact A7s to the top dog F65 CineAlta camera. In this presentation Alister goes over the main video features of popular mirrorless cameras like the Sony A7sII and the A7rII which are of particular interest to low-budget shooters who are either starting out or moving from a DSLR background into the Sony world of mirrorless compact professional cameras. He also goes over different lens adapters and third party lenses you can use. In the beginning of the presentation you can also see some promotional slow-mo footage he shot on the Sony FS5
This presentation is giving more of an overview of the aforementioned cameras in addition to the latest FS5 and the Sony FS7 as well, instead of being a super in-depth technical assessment, therefore people who might not yet be familiar with these cameras will probably benefit the most from the hour long presentation. Best enjoyed with a hot beverage on a Sunday morning.
