It’s exceedingly rare for Apple MacBook Pros to get a price cut before new models come out, but there’s currently a sale happening on M1 laptops, offering some serious savings, some as high as $1,500 off.
Listed as being from late 2021, the MacBook Pros come with either M1 Max or M1 Pro chips and come in either the standard Apple Silver or Space Gray.

The laptops are on discount from B&H, which could also be signaling that new Apple Silicon Laptops will be coming sooner, rather than later and room must be made by clearing out excess inventory.
The highest discount comes from a 16.2-inch MacBook Pro with a 10-core M1 Max Chip, 32 GPU, and 16-core Neural Engine.
The laptop is also loaded to the gunnels with features such as an 8TB SSD drive, 64 Gigs of Unified RAM, and a Liquid Retina XDR screen. With a $1500 instant savings, the list price is $4699.
Another 16.2-inch MacBook Pro has similar specs as the laptop above but with half the storage from a 4TB SSD. The result is a $1,200 discount bringing the sale price to $3699. A third 16.2-inch MacBook Pro has a 1TB SSD for $2799 with a $700 instant markdown.

More mobile content creators may wish to opt for one of the three 14.2 MacBook Pros, each with either an M1 Max or M1 Pro chip a variety of storage options.
The first is a 14.2-inch MacBook Pro that comes with the same 10-core M1 Max chip and a 2 TB SSD. The sale price is $2,899 after a $1200 instant savings.
Then comes a 14.2-inch MacBook Pro, which comes with a 10-core M1 Pro chip, 16GB of Unified RAM, and 1TB SSD. Color options include silver and space gray. The discount price is $1999 with an instant savings of $500.
The final laptop on sale is a 14.2 Inch MacBook Pro with an 8-core M1 Pro Apple Silicon Chip, 14-core GPU, and 16GB of Unified RAM. Storage is listed as a 512GB SSD.
This one has the smallest instant savings discount of only $300, bringing the total sale price to $1699. However, users can opt for the 10-core M1 Pro and 4TB of storage for $3278.
Users can also pick up AppleCare+ for an additional $279. The sale is for while supplies last, or until midnight, April 24, 2023. Whichever comes first.
