CineMatch Now Supports HDR Workflows in Premiere Pro

The popular camera matching solution from FilmConvert CineMatch has just become a more powerful and versatile color grading tool. With the latest iteration of the software which was just released, you can now color correct and match HDR footage seamlessy.

FilmConvert has added two new Output Transform options in the plug-in to support Rec.2100 HLG and Rec.2100 PQ color spaces. Plus the Dolby Vision profile on the iPhone 13 Pro has also been included, so that you can match your HDR iPhone footage to other HDR-capable cameras and take advantage of the amazing image quality available with ProRes HQ.

To recall, CineMatch is a simple, fast, and accurate software solution that works with all major digital cinema and video cameras on the market.

With the software, you can quickly match entire media pools or libraries from one camera to another, or standardize on third color space and unify your look across the project. CineMatch works as a plugin right within Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or Final Cut Pro.

The software uses dedicated camera profiles for over 50 of the most popular digital cameras, mirrorless and DSLRs on the market, and allows seamless matching between them.

Camera manufacturers supported include Sony, Canon, Blackmagic Design, Panasonic, Nikon, ARRI, RED Digital Cinema, DJI, GoPro and more.
