Canon continues to develop its line of RF mount lenses with a 24mm F1.8 Macro IS STM prime and a 15-30mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM wide-angle zoom.
The lenses are optically stabilized and designed to fit both the Canon Full Frame Mirrorless lineup and APS-C Mirrorless models.

The RF 24mm F1.8 Macro IS Macro STM is a new wide-angle macro prime lens with 11 elements in nine groups, including one ultra-low dispersion element and one aspherical element.
The lens incorporates a nine-bladed aperture IRIS and has a minimum focusing distance of about five and a half inches (14cm).
The lens supports both full-frame and APS-C cameras like the new Canon R7 and R 10. For those cameras, the 35mm focal length is about 38mm.
The lens also has an aperture range of F1.8-F22, and its image stabilization is 6.5 stops when used with In-Body Image Stabilization in the Canon R3 and R5, and 5.5 Stops with other cameras in the Canon Mirrorless line.
Currently available for pre-order, the retail price of the Canon RF 24mm F1.8 Macro IS STM is $599, and is expected to ship in late August.

Meanwhile, the Canon RF 15-30mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM wide-angle zoom is made with two ultra-low dispersion glass lens elements and one aspheric glass lens element as part of its 13 element array, divided into 11 separate groups.
The lens also uses Canon’s Super Spectra Coating (SSC) and has a seven-bladed aperture iris.
The lens has a minimum focusing distance of eleven inches (28cm) and offers a 35mm equivalent of 24–48mm coverage when used on cameras with APS-C size image sensors. It has an aperture range of f4.5-f32.
Optical image stabilization (OIS) is up to five stops, or up to 7 stops when paired with Canon R series cameras supporting In Body Image Stabilization (IBIS).
The camera’s stepping motor keeps the lens smooth and quiet during video recording and the use of autofocus operation. The lens is very light for a zoom, at .9 pounds (390g).
Currently available for preorder, the Canon RF 15-30mm F4.5-6.3 IS STM wide-angle zoom has an estimated retail price of $549 and will be available in late August.
