Godox has come out with a bi-color version of their M600D COB LED Light. The Knowled M600Bi has several advanced lighting effects, a high color accuracy rating, and the ability to turn off its cooling fan during noise-sensitive filming scenes.
Designed to be a flexible lighting fixture that can be used from studio operations to on-location film and photography projects, the Knowled M600Bi is super bright, enjoying a lux rating of 198,000 at one meter when used with the Bowens mounted light reflector.
The color temperature range of the M600Bi is 2800-6500K and it enjoys a CRI/TLCI rating of 97. There are also four dimming curves to choose from, including Linear, S-Curve, Log, and Exp.

For lighting effects, a simple press of the FX button will put the M600Bi into FX mode, giving the user access to seven adjustable lighting effects including flash, lighting, fire, broken bulb, TV glow, candlelight, and fireworks.
To adjust each effect, the dial knob can be turned to change both the rate of the effect and the brightness. A long press of the FX/Lock button will then lock the setting until the button is pressed again to change it.
The Knowled M600Bi can be wirelessly controlled through either the optional RC-A6 remote, via Bluetooth through the Godox Light smartphone app, or with a wireless DMX computer console.

The effective wireless range is listed as 98.4 feet (30 meters) and there are up to 32 separate wireless channels in 16 groups to choose from.
The light is powered by either a 14.8 volt or 26-volt V-mount battery, or through a 100-240 volt, 50/60 Hz AC power connector. It consumes a maximum of 730 watts of power while operating.
Moreover, the light’s cooling fan can also be disabled when shooting in a sound-sensitive scene or environment.

The Godox Knowled M600Bi is available for preorder for $1599, about $100 more than the daylight version released last year.
The light kit comes with the M600Bi light body, Controller, Lamp Cover, Controller Clamp, Connecting and power Cords, Standard Reflector (RFT-19), and Portable Case. Optional Bowens mounted light modifiers are also supported.
There is currently no word on a shipping date.
