Building off its popularity in camera and smartphone gimbals, Zhiyun-Tech has begun making inroads in the professional lighting space with its FIVERAY line of studio quality, portable LED lights.
Now, the company is offering two new LED fill and stick lights with a buy one, get one free special in early December.

The two new mobile-centric LED lights are the FIVERAY F100 LED stick light and the FIVERAY M40 Pocket Fill Light. Both lights are highly portable and can be used in concert with ZHIYUN’s line of handheld gimbals for smooth footage illuminated with stable and soft lighting.
The palm-sized FIVERAY M40 360° fill light put out nearly four times more power (40w) than competing products of similar size.
Weighing only 320 grams, the M40 offers 14000 lux of light at its peak power usage and an adjustable dual color temperature of 2700-6200K, with a CRI rating of 96+ and TLCI rating of 97+.
The light also has no strobing issues and with smaller cooling fans, is very quiet.

With adapting charging technology, the M40 has two 18650mAh batteries built in, with a fast charge protocol that allows real-time charging while also being used at full power.
Continuing battery life at 10W can last for 1h 37min. At full power, the light will last about 29 minutes.

Meanwhile, the FIVERAY F100 LED stick light is designed for one-handed control, offering adjustments without complicated setups or setting changes.
With five times more LED chips than competing models, the F100 offers an ultra-bright output of 20,708 lux at a maximum of 100 watts of power output.

Its color temperature settings range from 2700-6200K, with professional color rendition increased by 47 percent in CCT mode.
The F100 also has six pre-programmed creative lighting effects including SOS, Fire, TV, Flash, Faulty Bulb, and Candle.

With a one-click operation, the F100 is adjustable through its built-in control wheel for adjustments to HSI, H-Hue, S-Saturday, I-Intensity, and a selection of millions of potential color combinations. Its frosted casing provides a diffused, warm ambiance.
Both lights benefit from ZHIYUN’s patented DynaVort Cooling System, which uses fluid dynamics and intelligently controlled fans to pass heat over a gyroscopic heat sink. With intelligent control, the two-way cooling system prevents overheating, especially during long-term use.
The Zhiyun FIVERAY M40 is available starting today for a price of $99 USD, while the FIVERAY F100 Light Stick lists for $249.
