It seems that if you’ve ever considered the option to get into Kinefinity’s camera ecosystem, there’s no better time than now. The company has just announced some massive price drops on their MAVO LF, MAVO 6K, and TERRA 4K cameras. Starting today February 14th, you can get the MAVO LF for $7,999, MAVO 6K for $4,999, and the TERRA 4K for just $3,499.
These are huge discounts when you consider that the MAVO LF and MAVO 6K are $4,000 and $3,000 cheaper than before. The TERRA 4K’s discount is just $500, but in return, the camera gets ProRes4444 / 4444XQ as a recording option through a free firmware update that will be available in April 2020.
As some of you may already know, you can opt for different accessory packages when purchasing a Kinefinity camera. The company made some adjustments to the accessories available with each package for more convenience and flexibility.
The basic package, for instance, has been renamed to the Handheld package. You can also pick from the newly released Core and Production packages depending on your preferences. Here’s what you get with each combo:
